Refunds for memberships or study space bookings are subject to the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of admission.
- A deduction of 100 rupees per day will be applied for each day of membership or service usage prior to the refund request.
- Refunds are not applicable for services already fully utilized or memberships expired beyond the 3-day window.
2. Refund Process

- Allow 7-10 business days for processing after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

- Promotional or discounted memberships, unless otherwise specified.
- Administrative fees or charges related to library property damage.
4. Cancellation of Services
If you wish to cancel your membership or study space booking:
- Notify us within 3 days to be eligible for a refund (subject to the 100 rupees per day deduction).
- Cancellations after 3 days will not qualify for a refund but can be terminated upon request.
5. Disputes and Exceptions
